Membership Information
The Arkansas Apartment Association is a Non-Profit Organization dedicated to the professional advancement of the apartment industry. It is a coalition of local apartment and rental property owners, management companies, along with vendors who supply goods and services to the multi-family housing industry. Our goal is to promote heightened professionalism through education, legislation, and our communities. AAA offers 3 types of membership: Apartment Community, Owner / Management Company, and Associate (Supplier). Please review the descriptions below to select the membership type that best fits your needs. 
Apartment Communities
Apartment Community Membership
For all apartment communities, regardless of unit count, that are owned and/or managed as part of a portfolio or by a management company overseeing multiple properties.
- 51+ Units: $185.00 + $1.50 per unit
- Under 50 Units: $185.00 + $1.50 per unit (or keep your current pricing structure if needed)
Note: If a management company owns or manages multiple apartment communities, each property must be registered individually under the Apartment Community membership.
Owner / Management Company
Owner / Management Company (Single Property Only)
For owners or management companies that own and manage one single property only and do not oversee multiple communities.
- Under 50 Units: $200.00
This category is not intended for companies managing multiple properties.
Associate Member
Associate Member (Suppliers / Business Partners)
For companies that provide products or services to the multifamily industry and want to connect with property management professionals.
This membership offers opportunities for networking, visibility, and business growth through AAA events, sponsorships, and industry engagement.
