Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician

Thrive Argenta | North Little Rock

Maxus Properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join the team at Thrive Argenta, a new Maxus acquisition in North Little Rock.

This role is essential to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained community while supporting resident satisfaction and property value.

Pay Range

$19.00 – $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Complete service requests for occupied and vacant units, offices, and amenities

Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, lighting, and general repairs

Prepare apartments for move-ins including inspections, lock changes, trash-outs, and punch lists

Assist with property inspections, fire safety, pest control, and inventory tracking

Safely use and maintain tools and equipment

Support special projects as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license

EPA certification required

Experience maintaining heat pumps

Two years of property or facility maintenance preferred

Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

Passing score on the Maxus maintenance exam
