A Community Manager manages the day-to-day operations of an assigned property including managing the team members, daily activities, and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals and ensures that the operation of the property complies with Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.

```Duties```
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lease-up community, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of leasing, including marketing, tours, and lease signings
- Maintain accurate records of resident information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests
- Handle resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained and meets safety standards
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address any repairs or maintenance needs
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones
- Coordinate resident events and activities to foster a sense of community

- Hire, Train, and Mentor all team members

```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a Community Manager or similar role in property management
- Proficiency in RealPage, Yardi or similar property management software
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Proven ability to upsell additional services or amenities to residents
- Knowledge of leasing contracts and ability to negotiate lease terms
- Familiarity with Lease-Up
- Legal administrative knowledge related to property management is preferred
- Experience with property leasing and marketing strategies
- Familiarity with OneSite or other property management software is a plus
