Tamra Johnson

Tamra Johnson is a dedicated multifamily housing professional with over a decade of experience in property management, operations, and team development. A Little Rock native who studied Psychology at Texas Southern University, Tamra has built her career on creating thriving communities, strengthening onsite teams, and elevating resident experiences across Central Arkansas.

She has extensive training across multiple industry-leading platforms—including Yardi, ResMan, Entrata, and OneSite—and has completed Fair Housing training annually for more than 13 years. Known for her strong operational insight, innovative resident engagement strategies, and commitment to customer care, Tamra consistently delivers high-performing results within the communities she serves.

Tamra proudly served as the Arkansas Apartment Association’s 2025 Education Chair, where she focused on enhancing professional development opportunities and expanding access to industry education. In 2026, she will continue her leadership with the AAA as Treasurer, supporting financial stewardship, organizational growth, and the ongoing success of the association.

Outside of her professional work, Tamra enjoys mentoring emerging leaders, connecting with industry partners across Arkansas, and bringing creativity and warmth to every community she touches.
