Soroya Tucker

Soroya Tucker is the Founder & CEO of VLS Waste Solutions, a rapidly growing valet trash and multi-family services company known for reliability, tailored solutions, and a commitment to elevating resident experience. As a minority woman leading in a male-dominated industry, Soroya has built a respected brand rooted in excellence, innovation, and strong partnerships across the multi-family housing sector.

She is a two-time Arkansas Apartment Association Supplier of the Year (2020 & 2024) and currently serves on the Executive Board of the Arkansas Apartment Association as the Supplier Representative (2026) Soroya previously served as Supplier Chair (2025), helping drive supplier engagement, community partnerships, and industry education. She was also named a 2025 Finalist for Woman-Owned Business of the Year by the Little Rock Regional Chamber and recognized by Urbane Magazine as the Finest 2025 Waste Management Services.

Soroya’s entrepreneurial leadership is reinforced by her involvement in several competitive development programs, including the 2021 Spark Program through The Venture Center, the Minority Business Empowerment Fund Cohort (2022–2023), the Women’s Entrepreneurship Training Program with the Urban League of the State of Arkansas, and the City of Little Rock BUILD Academy – Cohort 5, designed to equip entrepreneurs with practical training, expert guidance, and real-world business support.
