Shatoria Daniels is a seasoned multifamily housing professional, speaker, and consultant with over 20 years of industry experience, rising from leasing to Regional Property Manager.
Actively involved at both the local and national levels, Shatoria has long been engaged with the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the Arkansas Apartment Association (AAA), serving in leadership, education, and volunteer capacities. She now serves as the Association Executive for the Arkansas Apartment Association, where she continues to champion education, industry advocacy, and professional development across the state.
As an NAAEI Faculty Member, Shatoria delivers impactful training through leadership academies, designation courses, lunch & learns, and custom workshops focused on operations, KPIs, culture, and team development. Known for her relatable, real-world approach, she blends strategy with motivation to help teams not just meet expectations but exceed them. She is also the Founder of The Daniels Effect, a consulting and training company dedicated to helping property management teams improve performance, strengthen leadership, and achieve measurable results
