Jacob Tidwell, CAM, Property Manager, Capital Assets Inc. "Through the financial hardship of paying my way through flight school on a minimum wage job, I fell into the world of property management. I knew that my biggest expenses were housing and airplane rental costs, so, in May of 2022, I applied for a new job at both an airport and an apartment complex. I ended up landing my first leasing job! I quickly grew in this role and was soon promoted to the role of Assistant Property Manager. In this role, I learned all about fiscal responsibilities for a property and rules and regulations of the housing industry. After a little more than a year in this role, I moved to Property Manager. As a current manager, I bring a fresh perspective to the Arkansas Apartment Association as a member of the Board of Directors for the education committee. With the support of the association and my company, I hope to accomplish great things in both my role with Capital Assets Inc. and the Arkansas Apartment Association."
