Courtni Butler is a property management and real estate professional with over 14 years of experience leading residential communities, improving operational performance, and delivering measurable financial results. Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, she is known for stabilizing assets, increasing occupancy, reducing delinquency, and developing high-performing onsite teams.

In recognition of her performance and industry impact, Courtni was awarded Property Manager of the Year (251+ Units) in 2025 by the Arkansas Apartment Association.

She is the Business Development and Brand Ambassador for Ski Brothers Heat & Air and is currently serving as the Co-Chair of the Public Relations Committee for the Arkansas Apartment Association.
