Courtni Butler is a property management and real estate professional with over 12 years of experience leading residential communities, improving operational performance, and delivering measurable financial results. Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, she is known for stabilizing assets, increasing occupancy, reducing delinquency, and developing high-performing onsite teams.

Currently serving as Property Manager with Canyon View Properties, Courtni oversees two independently budgeted phases of a multifamily community. Her leadership approach emphasizes accountability, compliance, and long-term asset health.

In recognition of her performance and industry impact, Courtni was awarded Property Manager of the Year (251+ Units) in 2025 by the Arkansas Apartment Association.

Previously, Courtni held property management roles with a series of companies. Throughout her career, she has consistently improved occupancy, maintained delinquency rates below 1%, increased rental income, and successfully managed both multifamily and single-family portfolios. Her experience spans budgeting, compliance, leasing, staff development, resident relations, marketing, and owner communication.
